After graduating from UCLA in 2016 with a degree in Applied Mathematics, Jose moved into digital advertising as an Ad Operations Specialist at Barons Media, where he worked on a variety of roles associated to ad trafficking, inventory management, yield management, technical operations, campaign optimizations and quality assurance. He later continued at H-Code Media, where he analyzed data in order to detect fraudulent advertising and optimize to meet brand safety standards as well as client’s specific KPIs and constructing campaign performance reports to be available for the rest of the company. Jose brings a strong mathematical background to his work in Ad Ops and programmatic and has been able to successfully leverage his analytical skills to drive strong performance for the campaigns he manages. As someone who is deeply interested in the digital space and emerging media, Jose is always up for learning new things.
