Leading entertainment company, Warner Brothers partnered with AUDIENCEX to create an awareness campaign for the pre-release and opening weekend of their feature film, The Judge, starring Robert Downey Jr. and Robert Duvall.
Goal
AUDIENCEX was tasked with creating a campaign that generated awareness and built up ticket sales for The Judge in its opening weekend.
Strategy
AUDIENCEX micro-targeted Robert Downey Jr.’s fan base through display and pre-roll. Utilizing premium whitelists, the display campaign reached a highly qualified audience, both within and outside of the retargeting group.
Results
The campaign achieved an exceptionally high video completion rate of 85% at a rate that is 10% higher than industry standards. The film opened on over 3,000 screens in the US with a worldwide gross of $83M.
