Garanimals partnered with aX with the goal of capturing customer feedback on social media, shifting the primary social media objective from audience growth to building engagement with customers.

We developed a social presence showcasing product, customer service, and sales, which has helped support Garanimals growth in becoming Walmart’s #1 brand. For this children’s brand, we developed a fun social tone to engage with young, modern moms to foster brand loyalty, source feedback, and become part of the family.
