AUDIENCEX was tasked with developing a campaign to introduce a new form of social gifting targeting Generation-Y consumers, aiming to increase sales and decrease CPA.
We implemented a data-driven social strategy introducing content into naturally occurring conversations with the hashtag #justbecause.
This campaign achieved a 78% increase in unique visitors to the 1800flowers.com site, and driving a 23% lift in non-occasion based gifting across all categories. Their CPA decreased 19% compared to previous campaigns.
