The LA Zoo wanted to drive online ticket sales for their annual Halloween bash. The event featured spooky fun after dark, stations throughout the zoo, and adult beverages. To sell tickets, the zoo hoped to reach a new demo – the LA nightlife crowd.
AUDIENCEX developed a whitelist of popular night life and event sites and apps. We applied geo-targeting to both mobile and desktop in the LA, and collected first party data from campaign exposures for retargeting.
The LA Zoo had a successful Halloween event with a record number of online ticket sales, and a steadily decreasing CPA. The audience data collected in the campaign remained available for future promotional efforts.
