Thomas leads our strategic practice focused on driving long-term brand growth. His group develops integrated marketing programs and supports activities such as brand strategy, identity development, messaging, market research, creative content creation, brand advertising, public relations, and digital experience initiatives. Over the past 25+ years, Thomas has held leadership roles at a few of the world’s top agencies (AKQA, GroupM, Dentsu) advising global brands such as Volvo, Microsoft, Walmart, T-Mobile and P&G, to name just a few. Beyond agencies, Thomas has headed up marketing and digital for several startups, from e-commerce to digital tech to electric vehicles. Thomas has also been a frequent speaker at industry events and a guest lecturer at Copenhagen Business School.
