Guy oversees legal strategy at AudienceX, leveraging over a decade of specialized experience in internet advertising and digital technology. He has provided General Counsel and Data Privacy Officer services to a broad spectrum of ad tech companies, including demand-side platforms (DSPs), supply-side platforms (SSPs), ad exchanges, data management platforms (DMPs), programmatic marketing firms, and companies involved in connected TV and digital out-of-home advertising.

Guy’s career began with drafting and negotiating contracts for major studios and production companies. Building on this foundation, he founded a law firm, advising ad tech companies on privacy compliance and business transactions. He has guided companies through GDPR, CCPA, and CPRA regulations, and successfully negotiated over $650 million in ad tech transactions. For the past five years, Guy has shaped the legal framework at AudienceX, and provided comprehensive legal support and strategic counsel.

Guy holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Washington and a J.D. from Southwestern Law School. His extensive experience and deep understanding of digital media make him an invaluable asset to AudienceX.
