AUDIENCEX developed an integrated approach to conversation design across both Chat and Voice channels. While creating a unique personality for EVE, the Reverb by Hard Rock helpful, yet quirky chatbot, we created a seamless transition across voice with as we designed the in-room voice experience using Alexa for Hospitality.
