He has a BA in Communication from Louisiana State University, an MS in recreation and sport management from Indiana State University, an MBA in General Management from Frostburg State University, a professional certificate in Advanced Project Management and Innovation and Entrepreneurship from the Stanford School of Engineering and the Stanford Graduate School of Business, respectively. He has also earned the Credential of Readiness (CORe) from the Harvard Business School.
