This past week, we held our annual year-end learning summit and holiday celebration, gathering locally in our Marina del Rey office and virtually for our remote team members worldwide. We took this time to reflect and consider how we can best pursue our core mission of delivering exceptional performance for our clients, and for one another. As we look toward 2023, we’re excited to continue to strengthen our position in the digital landscape, emphasizing our unique combination of technology, data, and talent, and how this enables us to deliver scalable, adaptable solutions for any marketer, brand or agency.
Giving Back this Season
The principle of purpose is an integral component of our company culture, granting us the deeply meaningful and gratifying opportunity to support a number of nonprofits throughout the year with pro-bono marketing services, volunteering, and donation.
Through our Purpose Team, our employees have taken a true sense of ownership over these initiatives, and for the holiday season, our team has selected the following charities to support.
The Thirst Project
The World’s Largest Youth Water Organization
This movement of high school and college students builds freshwater wells in developing nations and impoverished communities to provide people with safe, clean water. Thirst Project is a nonprofit organization that travels across the United States speaking at schools to educate students about the global water crisis and challenges them to fundraise to help build these wells.
100% of donations go directly to building clean water projects.
Happy Trails for Kids
Camping, Connections and Confidence for Children in Foster Care
Happy Trails for Kids provides exciting and fun-filled overnight camp experiences for children in the foster care system. Their programming extends well beyond camp, offering year-round reunion events, weekly extracurricular programs, as well as older youth initiatives.
70% of Happy Trails camp counselors are former foster youth.
I Have a Dream Foundation LA
Educate. Empower. Achieve.
The I Have a Dream Foundation provides long-term support to youth living in under-resourced communities to help them reach their full potential. From an early age, they promote the values of higher education and career success and provide opportunities guaranteed through financial resources, enrichment programs and more.
90% of Dreamer Scholars graduate High School, compared to 74% of low-income students nationally.
US United
Unity Everywhere
US United has a simple idea: If we each break out of our bubble to connect with people with different backgrounds and experiences, we will embrace unity through listening and civil discourse. Only then can we stop the division that dominates our culture.
US United impacted over 2,000 people in a single afternoon and since then, have introduced unity to millions.
Coral Vita
Restoring the World’s Dying Coral Reefs
Coral Vita protects threatened ecosystems by growing diverse and resilient corals and outplanting them into degraded reefs. By growing these corals at scale, they can preserve reef health and the valuable benefits they provide.
Coral reefs are one of the most biodiverse ecosystems on earth, supporting 25% of all marine life.
