With 8+ years of experience in marketing analytics, audience strategy, and academic research in social/cultural psychology, Mariko is passionate about using data to understand why people do, feel, think, and perceive things the way they do. Before joining AUDIENCEX, Mariko spent the majority of her career in the pharmaceutical industry, discovering the strategy, messaging and content that could resonate with patients and physicians, using both quantitative and qualitative analyses, including data science. When she is not immersed in the data, Mariko enjoys spending time with her cat, Grog (a Russian Blue), drawing and painting, and watching sports (go Phillies!).
