Discover DeSoto, a tourism board for a city on the northwestern boundary of Louisiana, at the Texas state line, partnered with AUDIENCEX to launch an advertising campaign surrounding their summer event, Balloons Over DeSoto.
The objective for Discover DeSoto’s advertising campaign for the Balloons Over DeSoto event goal was to drive awareness and exposure for the event in the surrounding areas.
AUDIENCEX targeted 5 DMA’s across Louisiana and Texas through lookalike prospecting, retargeting and behavioral targeting to reach consumers who showed some interest in attending the event.
This campaign CTR increased 76% over the previous flight. Overall CTR was 0.23%, while retargeting and 3rd Party targeting achieved a 0.46% CTR.
