The Role

aX is looking for an Adobe Campaign Technical Consultant to kick-off an exciting new project with one of aX’s preferred client partners. The ideal candidate thrives in client facing environments, provides strategic guidance and successfully translates recommendations into highly scalable and sustainable tactical implementation roadmaps. This individual understands directions and the value proposition of various platforms within the digital marketing landscape ultimately providing partnership to the client in developing marketing infinity loop life-cycle via Adobe’s eco-system.

The Technical Consultant will report directly to the VP, Technology and will work internally alongside aX’s Platform Solutions, Technical Sales Engineering and Strategy teams. The project will entail working closely with aX’s partner, enabling them to service their lead clients across North America. The Adobe Campaign Technical Consultant is responsible for all activities required to implement and configure the Adobe Campaign tool successfully and will directly interface in-office with both the partner and their end clients.

Location: Based out of Marina Del Rey HQ with willingness to travel 50%+
Must be US Citizen or Green Card Holder

Responsibilities:

  • Capture and Diagnose client’s marketing platform and architecture and its use-cases
  • Design, develop, implement, support and maintain Adobe Campaign
  • Develop scalable and sustainable tactical implementation roadmap involving customized solutions and technical tag implementation strategies
  • Provide strategic guidance in marketing business objectives, requirements, key performance indicators (KPI) and other functional and/or technical requirements
  • Perform resource, performance analysis and planning
  • Evaluate and minimize risk to the applications
  • Lead internal development teams and work hand in hand with project management staff
    Provide technical assistance and serves as a resource to internal and external technology staff
  • On-call support may be required depending on client needs
  • Work to build rules-based campaigns
  • Work with others to understand specifications around data and ensure data is available for campaigns
    Participate in gathering business requirements, lead client design sessions and define application features

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:

  • Must have Adobe Campaign Developer certification
  • 2 + years developing and implementing Adobe Campaign
  • 1+ years of experience working to interface Adobe Campaign and Adobe Experience Manager
  • 1+ years of experience working with the Administration side of Adobe Campaign
  • 1+ years of experience working with JavaScript
  • 1+ years experience with multiple relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, etc.)
  • 1+ years experience with Angular JS, React or similar frameworks
  • 1+ years database development experience
  • 2+ years of experience working in application design, configuration, performance and support in a production environment

Preferred Tech and Prof Experience:

  • 2+ years experience of Adobe Experience Manager expertise
  • 2+ years experience with multiple relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, PostGreSQL, etc.)
  • 2+ years experience with AngularJS, React or other similar frameworks
  • 1+ years experience with MVC (modelviewcontroller) framework
  • 1+ years experience with Database development experience (stored procedures, functions, etc.)
