The Role

The Ad Ops Coordinator role at AUDIENCEX means joining a dynamic and fast-growing communications and technology company at the forefront of some of the most exciting innovations in multi-channel digital media: from AI, data-driven programmatic display and programmatic TV, to other digital performance channels that together are literally transforming how marketers engage their audiences.

The role is truly multi-faceted but some of the core responsibilities include providing robust ongoing campaign reporting, research and data analysis, communications planning, and campaign administration support to various members of the Media Team (display, search, and social) as well as coordinating with the Account and Sales Team to prepare client-facing deliverables.

We manage several hundred campaigns each month for several different categories of clients, including performance marketers from every conceivable vertical, a large array of digital agencies, as well as numerous brands from the Fortune 1000.

For the right candidate this is a position that is about daily learning opportunities, as well as the potential for rapid promotion and substantial compensation growth. Key day-today responsibilities:

  • Understand clients’ business, products, and competitive space
  • Ensuring campaign goals are met for both the client and for AUDIENCEX
  • Intensive training on multiple RTB platforms and advertising tools
  • Opportunities to support and eventually run media buys for ad campaigns
  • Assisting management with implementation, optimization, and analysis for multiple ad campaigns
  • Ongoing communication with the team internally about campaign progress before, during, and after the campaign is over
  • Helping pull daily, weekly, and monthly reporting
  • Quality check on all campaign setups and pixel implementation
  • Troubleshooting any technical issues internally or with any external teams (Rocket Fuel and Client)
  • Demo-ing new platform technologies and tools that could benefit the agency
  • Direct publisher and new vendor outreach
  • Providing demos of Rocket Fuel platform and AUDIENCEX self-serve platform to prospective clients
  • Campaign screenshots and mockups

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1 year work and/or internship experience in advertising, digital marketing
  • Experience with client interaction
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
  • Ability to think and react quickly and to multi-task
  • Self-motivated, with an exceptional work ethic
  • Web/tech savvy a must (ability to quickly learn and master new programs/interfaces)
  • Knowledge of the latest trends associated with online marketing
  • Very strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strategic and Analytic mindset

Salary is negotiable depending on experience
