The Role

The primary focus of the Account Coordinator is to provide client service support to account managers, media buyers, campaign analysts, creative and sales teams for AUDIENCEX. You will assist in the day-to-day administration of our various accounts, including maintaining a high level of awareness with client activities, detail oriented campaign and project management and occasional professional communication with client contacts as needed.

Key day-today responsibilities:

  • Understand clients’ business, products, and competitive space
  • Administrative support within the organization
  • Offer production support for the Accounts and Creative team
  • Provide operational and reporting support for Programmatic media buying team
  • Remain actively involved in “day-to-day” client initiatives, including understanding of business-building, strategy, media and creative projects
  • Help maintain weekly client status reports
  • Create client facing timelines, emails, presentation decks, and reports
  • Monitor health of digital media campaigns and raise any concerns to media buyers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1-2 years experience with a digital agency preferred
  • Experience with client interaction
  • Very strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of the latest trends associated with online marketing
  • Must be organized, have strong attention to detail, self-motivated, and resourceful
  • Familiar with Google applications (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Calendar)
  • Familiar with creating presentations: Keynote, Powerpoint, Google Slides
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel

Salary is negotiable depending on experience
